Dining deals
Dining on Thanksgiving goes far beyond just turkey. This time of year also means great deals in best restaurants in town. Just be aware deals are usually off limits on Saturdays, so plan to head out for a Friday or Sunday meal together at your favourite local restaurant.
Farmer’s market
Thanksgiving weekend is your last chance to stock up on local produce, art, jewelry or tasty pastries at the final Farmer’s Market of the season. The produce you pick up will make incredible sides at your family dinner.
Hike in forest
Cool fall days are ideal for a hike in our beautiful mountains. You can embrace the weather that is so characteristic for this time of the year and head out for an easy hike in forest. The wet weather also has the benefit of making the forests and mountains extra green and misty, perfect for capturing classic BC photos.
